By submitting payment for membership you agree to the following terms: • You agree as a PYC member to adhere to the spirit of the PYC Constitution, the Rules and Regulations (these documents are available at www.pycmb.ca) and to conduct yourself in a manner respectful to other members of PYC, and its governance structure • Slip rental must be paid in full by May 1 or the slip will be reassigned based on the waiting list • Slips are assigned by the Harbor Master and subject to availability • Slips are NOT sold with your boat (new owners must apply to the Board of Directors for membership and slip) • No boats or trailers in the parking lot June 1 through Labor Day • Liability Insurance is required for all boats at PYC. • All membership application forms are subject to approval from the PYC Board of Directors.
