The Optimist 2 program is for novice sailors ages 10-15, who have either completed Optimist 1, or are the appropriate weight and height for the Optimist sailboat. This course involves more advanced sailing skills, specific to the Optimist boat. Sailors will be evaluated over the course of the week and are given a progress report at the end of the week. Optimist 2 runs Monday through Friday, from 9 to 4.
